(Out-of-town retreatants are welcome to arrive Wednesday night.)
This is a kind of preparation for the darker nights of winter, to strengthen and sink down into our powerful ability to penetrate past shadowy obstacles and access our own inner light of wisdom.
Our methods will include Vipassana meditation, writing, yoga, group sharing, group naps, group cooking.
We will begin on Thursday morning and wrap up on Sunday after lunch.
Cost: by donation (No one is ever turned away from meditation retreats on account of finances. This is an ancient Buddhist tradition).
