May 14 – 21st 2022
I am very happy to restore this opportunity, to enter deeply into a meditative journey with you, dear yogis. We will have time to practice the “Sweeping” tradition of my root teacher, S.M. Goenka, as well as our other meditative practices.
You must have completed at least one Dharma Day (not necessarily this year) to qualify for the weekend experience.
This will be an opportunity to sink deeper into our meditative focus, perhaps gaining an inner witness powerful enough to open a dialogue with our wily monkey minds, about craving and aversion. It will be held in noble silence, except for group discussions and personal interviews with Joy. We will fast from Saturday lunch until Sunday morning, in accordance with the Buddhist custom.
We will be preparing and cooking the noonday meals together, to give yogis a more cohesive and wholistic perspective on nurturing ourselves and the planet.
Registration will close one week before the event, so don’t hesitate to sign up soon, dears.
No charge for this event, although donations (dana) are accepted.
