This might be the ultimate way to celebrate your independence, from suffering.
It will be another one-day exploration into the
Vipassana meditative practices of sitting, walking, eating, and metta/lovingkindness. The day will be held in Noble Silence, but there are group discussions and guided explanations from Joy. We’ll also do an hour of stretching/yoga before lunch.
No charge for this day (though dana is accepted).
