The Retreat cabin at Wattle Hollow has been a haven for many a seeker:...Buddhist nuns on silent retreat,
mothers needing a time-out from kids,
artists petitioning the muse for new inspiration,
men beginning a new chapter in life,
people in grief looking for a deep and quiet sustenance....

Except for deep winter the cabin is equipped with running water and simple cooking facilities on its large screened porch.

The retreat cabin lies below the hot tub/ showerhouse area, separated by a thicket of bamboo and trees.
Heat is supplied by electric radiator and/or woodstove. There's an electric blanket to take the chill off of spring and autumn nights.

" Wattle Hollow for me was a little bit of heaven! Thank you for letting us drink of its joys, beauties and relaxants...."
Paul

" Your place is wonderful- the perfect environment in which to relax, enjoy nature and allow for the spirit to rise."
Love, Valerie (Hospice volunteer coordinator)

" We really loved it. The vision you manifested with your Merlin is the vision we cherish of deep, deep ecology, natural beauty and.... a ' heaven on earth '. And without nourishment born of beauty we couldn't rise to the needful height to be of real service in this divine dance." ...with all our love, Manmohini and Hladini Shakti
